• Took me over a month too and I finally got mine so you should be getting yours I ordered mine November 29 didn't get it till Jan 10!!!!

• same here not received the phone after waiting for 2 months. Maybe we should file a lawsuit against the company for customer fraud and false advertisement. This is totally unacceptable.

• I waited almost a month until I went to the store and asked about my order. They checked their system and there was one Sprint version in stock. Maybe it was dumb luck, but I'm glad I went in and had them look.

• I'm in the same boat. Ordered mine 12/24/19. Best Buy needs to pull the add down indicating that it will be delivered with a specific date. Especially now that this has been a known problem keeping their delivery date promise.
