• Yes, it transfers quite nicely. It did require a little tweaking or some of the apps.

• I'm sure you can use the cable with USB C connections on both ends to connect both phones for the data transfer

• I don't see why not. I had a Pixel 3 and it transferred data. It is take about an hour and 20 min to transfer my data.
