• Most Best Buy locations are only Apple and Samsung certified to do repairs.

• A screen protector (which I recommend) is $19.99 and a NEW screen is I believe $49.99, although if you bought it at Best Buy & got the warranty maybe no cost to you, not sure. I ALWAYS secure my purchases at Best Buy and they do take excellent care of their customers.
