• Yes, Pixel phones use USB-C with USB 2.0 power adapters and cables. The Google Pixel 7 & 7 Pro both come with a 1 m USB-C to USB-C cable (USB 2.0). A power brick is not included in the box though. You can also use a USB-A power adaper but should use a USB-C to USB-A cable.
