• A:Answer The have a built feature called transparency that let the sound through, lets say you have music and a coworker starts chatting you wont have much trouble hearing while having the music, also there's an option Conversation Detection to automatically switch from Noise Cancellation mode to Transparency mode when talking and pauses your media. Once you are done talking, your media will resume.
