Upload and Download speed is determined by the plan you have purchased from your Internet Service Provider (ISP.) Some plans are limited to 10 Mbps, while others can go all the way up to 1000 Mbps. That depends on your internet speed from you provider. I have 50mbs and I always have around that unless the whole neighborhood is busy.
