Yes, once the light starts to decrease as you go deeper, the blue water color takes over. This filter will help offset (color correction) the blue in the photos. I used the blue dive filter on the super suit and made a difference in the photos. Won't help at snorkeling depth, but definitely for diving below 15ft or more.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This lens color is optimal for diving deeper than 30'. You'll want to look into the lighter maroon colored lens for anything more shallow, or go without a color filter lens if you have good sunlight.
