- Answer The HERO9 Black batteries are a different size and have different specs than the previous batteries. They will not work with the HERO8 Black or other GoPro cameras.

- Answer Yes, but not fully. Best to charge it before use. However this can charge the batteries off a power bank. Hope that helps.

QuestionThis is USB only, which is really inconvenient for me. How do you plug it into the wall and charge with a regular plug??? I'm only seeing the GoPro SUpercharger which is on clearance and I used to use it with my Hero 5???

- Answer This device charges through USB-C and requires a power brick to plug into a wall outlet. The ones that come with most smartphones are also USB-C so you can use that if you have one. If not, one will need to be purchased separately.
