No it only comes with the standard mounts head strap has to be purchased separately

It does not come with a head strap. Just comes with the curved and flat stick on mount bases. I believe there is a head strap available for separate purchase.

Unfortunately no, it does not come with head strap. But Insignia has a set of bunch of attachments at around $50(or lower) and it includes head strap.
