Yes if you don't want to hold it by hand and be going back and forth then get a tripod with a 360 swivel you'll be fine you won't be sorry you'll love it but if you're one of them die hard mom's running up and down the sidelines like I was as a coach get a head strap or a chest strap then you won't have to worry about holding it it's recording wherever you're looking and I also has leveling and stabilization settings so you have awesome video recording. when I did Coach u six leagues I wish I had GoPro back then I would have loved having all the video of the kids chasing the ball going the wrong way u6 they're little guys magnet ball

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sure you can but you will be limited to wide angle shots. Although, there is an option to switch to slightly tighter angles. I am still learning this.
