Low light is not a strength for action cameras. None of them are good at low light conditions.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.i had trouble recording near a campfire while in the sequoia forest but it did pretty well at a birthday party when cutting the cake in the dark. so its a hit or miss depending on the situation.

Please try again later.It is supposed to record in low light, but I tried recording a video with a camping lantern in front of me, and a campfire beside me, and you can barely see me. I guess it will depend on the overall ambient light. I did another one when the moon was full, and it turned out better. You will just have to use trial and error like I did.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It depends how high quality recording you want or what actions are taking place in low light. It can do pretty well for dinners or slow moving video in candle light but dark lightning is not great. We tried to video and take pictures in a dim cave when cave diving and they didn't come out well at all.
