• It's possible, but it's difficult to confirm that for each model of phone and tablet. A good first step would be to download the free GoPro app to your phone or tablet to confirm the app will load and open.

• Yes, you can and will be able to. You have to download the GoPro app and the connect it with your phone. And to run the camera 24/7 just keep I plugged in to the power source.
