• Most likely not. The live feed from the GoPro uses a wifi signal coming from the GoPro itself to send the live feed to your iPad. Unfortunately, wifi signals don't travel through water very well. It's possible that you might be able to get a signal just below the surface, but anything deeper than that and the signal is most likely not going to connect.
