• Ummm, no and yes. No it cant but you can just screen shot the video frame when editing the video.

• The HERO7 Black does not have the "Photo + Video" mode we had on older models, but you can capture frames from the videos you shoot. Higher resolution and higher frame rate videos can capture some great individual frames.
