QuestionHow does this drone perform in mountainous terrain? For instance can you be in a valley and take it over hills? Does it have to be line of sight to operate?

- Answer Flying in the cold weather is possible, I do it all the time up here in Maine. Battery life is definitely shortened and hands may get a little numb, but there are generally some nice scenes to be shot. Flying in a snowstorm wouldn't be advised, as the moisture from the snowflakes could make their way into the drone and ruin the electronics. Light snow may be okay, but it's not something I would want to test with an expensive drone.

QuestionI was given a GOPRO 5 as a gift... what drones will work with it? if I get the GP Karma W/O the camera for $799 does it have everything that the larger kit has excluding the camera ? Thx

- Answer I would suggest just using the camera with the GoPro selfie stick called el grande. Great camera. The drone itself is not up to speed with other drone companies. Do yourself a favor and go otherwise with a different company. They really need to work on the drones deficiencies. I had perfect signal and location for my drone and it lost connection in mid air and took off into some trees. I was unable to find it and GoPro will not replace it. Good luck!

- Answer Sadly it does not. It is still a great little drone, pretty easy to fly once you get the hang of it.

- Answer No. it does not have follow me mode. However, there is an "auto shot path" you can fly the drone from point A to point B automatically. Wherein you can set the speed.

Questionis the drone weather resistant like the karma grip? Could it be flown in the rain?

- Answer No it is not, I don't believe the grip is either, when you plug it into the grip, the camera, you have to take waterproof encasement off of the camer for grip to work
