“I a attached the back door to the frame and the touch screen will not work. from reading the product description, I thought that this would not be an issue. Anyone else have this problem? Thanks.”

The waterproof backdoor is the one you probably have on. That backdoor doesnt let you acess/ touch the screen becasue if it did the water will get in. So its not the backdoor and or gopro. Its because its a waterproof door and you cant touch the screen through it.
