• Depends on clean the surface was be adhering it initially it will pick up and dirt or debris on application, if it was really clean initially you'll be able to restick it however, if it was dirty it will have picked that up and be less sticky if sticky at all depending on the soil level

• Yes I gently pressed mine on until I knew for sure was able to remove a couple to adjust and have been in place for months.
