• I would buy scotch brand stickies and make sure the clean the surface really well with alcohol to remove dust and any thing that will hinder adhesion

• Try some isopropyl alcohol to clean the junk out of the adhesive. If that doesn't work you can add some adhesive with spray on contact adhesive.
