• They can disable texting and Message box when you set the phone up , Photo's , not the ones taken and stored on the phone as far as I know. Please see my review of the phone.

• Hello Gary, should a customer not wish to have text/picture enabled, the agent may remove the SKU from the LOS which will remove the Text Feature Mask from the handset. The removal of the SKU will not allow them to receive picture messages but you may still receive texts messages. Unfortunately, at this time removing the Photo Featture is not an option.
