  • QuestionPlease describe assembly that is needed on delivery.

    Asked by Chris.

    • Answer Hi Chris. Thank you for your question. The unit comes disassembled and there is a wire connecting the two halves together, please be cautious not to damage the wire when unboxing the unit. To connect the shafts, align the pin on the handle shaft and the hole on the lower shaft. Push the two halves together and twist the upper shaft until the release button locks into place, once connected secure the knob on the coupler. • QuestionIs it safe to use on trex decking?

    Asked by John.

    • Answer Hello John - The auger for this unit are made of plastic or hard rubber, polyethylene plastic which makes it less likely to damage the deck planking, please be advised that if there is a lip or an uneven section the scraper may catch on this. Using any snow thrower on a Trex composite material we would advise caution.
