Hello Barnflo - Yes it can be programed to cut two separate areas. As long as the guide wires are laid down in a single loop then it will work fine. You will also need two separate separate garage/storage stations. This information is included in product's manual.

No. There’s only one boundary loop so the mowing area has to be contiguous.
