Hi Frustrated. Thank you for your question. For the first few weeks of mowing, set the cutting height to at least 2.4 inch to avoid cutting the boundary wire and guide wire. The cutting height for the mower can be adjusted between 0.8 inch and 2.4 inch for model 33 and 66 and 2.4 to 4 inch for the model 33H and 66H. As our mowers are electric, it is advised to not use them in damp/wet locations or if it is raining. Wet conditions also cause the grass to be much heavier and could trigger a fault. Store the mower in a dry, frost-free environment standing on all four wheels. This can be schedule through the Greenworks App. Please refer to page 10 for technical information for you specific unit.
