• Fraud protection is through Square. Go to Square.com and read on it. I personally love Square. ALSO - you may need to know all credit card laws changed not to long ago. Vendors/merchants are pretty much "at their own risk" if you are not using the new chip readers! Swipe readers are not as secure as they once were.

• Thank you for your question! The Merchant Case itself does not offer fraud protection. For fraud protection questions, you should contact Square since that device is what scans credit card information.
