I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble installing that case! That front plate should really just snap right on there. Take a look at this video and see if these steps are helpful: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f9IfhA2kF1o (This video is for the iPhone 5 case, but the steps are the same.) If you're still having trouble after that, please reach out to our support team for assistance. You can reach them here: http://grff.in/support Hope that helps! ^MS
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I did at first but now it's easy. Had to have the worker help me the first time. Just gotta line it up and make sure all the rubber parts are on correctly and eventually it will snap
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Does fit snug but I didn't have any trouble snapping it on.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It takes alittle pressure but it will go together. Just make sure that the rubber cover is in the proper position
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, it was very hard
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had trouble too at first putting on my case but then when I looked at the instructions I saw I was doing it wrong. The iPod fits snug into the back plastic part then slip it into the rubber piece. You really have to lift up & roll out edges of the rubber piece to cover all of the plastic edges of case. The only part not rolled over is by left side top volume button. You have to push bottom flap into charger opening. Then I place clear plastic cover on front. At the middle of the top where the plastic clip hooks just over the front camera lens, with my thumbs I press with just enough pressure till it clicks in place. Then I press & click the top of the left side, then the right side clip, then right side Lower clip, then left side lower clip. & finally bottom middle clip did not click for me. If you can lift top & side clips up its not clicked all the way on. When I take front cover off I start in snapping at bottom, then the lower sides, then upper sides, then top. I take care to slowly apply pressure as I don't want to cause any damage to iPod or case. It's tricky til you get the hang of it. I have taken cover off & put it on a few times but I have not taken back piece off. It's very snug.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I do not have trouble putting the plastic case on. You just need to make sure that the rubber piece is on completely, and the screen protector should be easy to snap on.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, it is not easy. Find someone with strong fingers.
