“Does this include a screen protector/ have one built into the case? If so how is it at protection from scratches? What about touch screen sensitivity?”

It has a build in screen protector but it’s not a good case. I lost mines within a week because it does not stay on the watch. It does not latch on tight. I don’t recommend it. It looks like a sturdy case and it’s not sensitive to touch.
