• A:Answer Per the GeekSquad page, http://www.geeksquad.com/certifiedrefurbished, you get a 90 day warranty unless otherwise noted. There were no other documents in my packaging. Once the watch arrives, you can check eligibility for AppleCare at https://checkcoverage.apple.com. It will tell you when the Watch was first purchased, and if you're within 60 days of the ORIGINAL purchase date, you can buy AppleCare.

• A:Answer Found out by going to https://checkcoverage.apple.com and also calling Apple Customer Service. The watch is only eligible for AppleCare if you buy AppleCare within 60 days of the ORIGINAL purchase. It didn't matter that I bought from BestBuy. Also, the GeekSquad Refurbished page, http://www.geeksquad.com/certifiedrefurbished, did not mention any warranty information; nor can you buy a BestBuy 3rd party warranty with this purchase.
