• The watch was a refurbished watch. I'm not sure what was wrong with it. When I received it in the mail the only thing that gave it away as a refurbished watch was the tape they put on it. The watch came in the original box with all accessories and paperwork. The watch looks and works like a new watch.

• The one I received looks brand new . I’m not saying this would be the result for everyone, I guess you could always just take the chance and return it if your not satisfied with the condition.
