• Not sure, but don’t think so other than preloaded faces and app. And the Nike logo on the back of the watch...

• Yes. Nike+ has exclusive faces, bands and a Nike+ Run Club App that the non-Nike+ version does not have. In my opinion, I’d buy the Nike version since you essentially get more for the same price.
