- Answer I do not believe so as far as I know, but it really doesn't move a whole lot unless you are constantly using your feet to wheel it around. I wouldn't worry too much about that feature if you're concerned with buying it:)

- Answer Almsot like...mesh? Its definitely cloth, not PU or faux leather. Very comfy vs. Sticky and ripped leather.
