• I believe all the dlc was added to the switch version.

• It doesn't seem to be, as there is a dlc-only area in the game that prompts you to go to the Nintendo eShop to purchase it.

• It’s is the definitive edition but there is still a download code in the box for one of the DLCs. I believe it’s for Guacamelee 2. Otherwise all other DLC are included on the cart.
