“Are they still in business? How do I reach them?? Had tons of issues with my 360 Outdoor. It connects, works for a few hours after reset, then back to black screen. I've submitted multiple support requests (unanswered), and the "chat" always disconnects?”

Also had many issues with my 360 but after multiple app updates over a period of about 2 months or so my camera is finally working right sofar! You may want to delete your camera from the app and start over it helped me! Still think the problem was the app! Reason being for so many updates in a short period of time. So you were not alone trust me.!
