• Yes, you absolutely can. Just keep in mind that if you file it electronically you don't have quite the virus protection unless you have secondary virus protection installed like McAfee or Norton's..

• The box lists Win 8.1/10 among its MIN requirements. However, it has worked fine with my Win 7 desktop. Not sure about Win XP, though.
