NO - You can download state from the program if you need it, but their will be extra charge for state.

No, this version (magenta packaging) only handles Federal Taxes. You can purchase the state software from within the program, but living in state without income tax, I have never done that. Alternatively, if you need to file a state tax return, you should buy the Federal + State version in the deep purple packaging.
