Q: QuestionI need to do tax returns for 2 individuals - each in a different state. I plan to print and mail instead of e-file. Can I do multiple state versions, given they will be in different states?

• A:Answer Hello Mike - Yes, you can do multiple states. The Premium software includes ONE state program. You can purchase a second state program for $39.95. Since you will choose to print/mail you will not need to purchase the state e-file option which is $19.95 per return.

Q: QuestionWhere do I get my activation code? Got an e-mail from Best Buy about the download, but activation code was not included in that e-mail or digital library.

• A:Answer I called Best Buy and they could not issue an activation code. They requested I call HR Block. I called HR Block and they gave me an activation code. Kind of bad that they are selling digital copies and requiring customers to call to get it activated.

Q: QuestionHow long should I wait to receive the download link. Purchased 28 hours ago, never received link. Was under the impression I would have link within an hour of purchase. Opened case last night, was told I would hear back in 24 hours. No luck.
