If you have not received, I would recommend checking your junk/spam folders. If you are using gmail, depending on your settings, messages from retailers could be filtered to your 'promotions' folder as well. Much later (days) my son who is much more techie than I found software was downloaded, but did not have the code (xxxx-xxxx) to use the software. So software is there, but no code. I have not pursued this with Best Buy. When I called about download they recommended I call HR Block. I did and they said to call vendor.
