• no, you have to pay the separate fee to e-file the state. You can give them your credit card or have it removed from your refund. it's usually only $20 for Iowa and would not be worth paying for a more complicated version of the tax software. I have used the TaxCut from H & R Block for a long time. I trust them and you can get help any time by phone or a web chat. :-)
