QuestionDoes the fridge need to be away from the wall for the doors to swing open?

- Answer I have a follow up question about this refrigerator's door swing path. I plan to place this refrigerator against a wall on the left side of the refrigerator and have about 3 to 4 inches space between that wall and the refrigerator left side. Will I still be able to swing open the left side door enough to pull out the lower vegetable draw and even remove it from the unit for cleaning?

QuestionDoes the fridge require air clearance behind the unit? I'm assuming that the fridge depth indicated in the specs does not include any required clearance for air flow.

- Answer We recommend that you have at least 2 inches of clearance behind the unit. To ensure your refrigerator works at the maximum efficiency it was designed for, you should install it in a location where there is proper air circulation, plumbing and electrical connections. Your refrigerator is not designed to operate in temperatures below 60 degrees or above 100 degrees F. Please review page 8 in your installation instructions for more information.

QuestionI would like to buy this refrigerator. I have a 29.5" wide built-in space and by my measurements it will fit perfectly even with the doors open at 90 degrees. Am I right? An earlier answer said this fridge is not built for a alcove/built-in space.

- Answer The width of the refrigerator case is 27 9/16. However, the width with the door open is 29 5/8 which is wider than the space you have. It may only be 1/8 of an inch, but it is still wider. You will need to also consider the depth. If the space is deeper than the case dimensions or the case depth not including the doors, it may inhibit them opening the doors all the way.

QuestionI just purchased this fridge and had it delivered yesterday, I love it!! But it came with a rubber block and a white plastic thing that I have no idea what they are or where they are supposed to go, the manual doesn't have anything on them either.

QuestionWe are looking for a fridge for our RV. When our RV is in storage it will get above 120 degrees in the RV. Will this refrigerator be able to withstand that heat? It will not be turned on during that time.

- Answer This model was not designed specifically for RV usage, so we recommend caution. It wasn't tested for operation at that kind of high temperature. If it is being stored at that those temperatures, it should be allowed to cool to normal indoor operating temperatures and be at those lower temperatures for several days before using.

- Answer The QJS15HYRFS is not designed with consumer removeable doors. The doors are not removeable for installation. The overall depth of 26-7/8 inches is fairly shallow, and fits through most doorways. There are no instructions available for removing the doors, since they are not designed to be consumer removeable.

- Answer You'll want 9.3" of space on each side between the wall and fridge to ensure the door opens the entire way without hitting the wall. Note: This model isn't designed with consumer removeable doors. The doors aren't removeable, but the overall depth of the refrigerator is fairly shallow and fits through most doorways.

QuestionHi, my kitchen cabinets height start at 68.5 inches tall, so the height without the door hinges (68 inches) will fit ok, my question is how far the door hinges measure from the front of the refrigerator to the back, the part that is 69 7/8 inches tall.

QuestionHello, Can I remove the doors to get to the "Depth Without Door of 24 1/4 inches"? I'll need to get through a width of 26 inches in order to reach the kitchen. Is it possible to remove the doors to get to the 24 1/4 inch width then reinstall the doors?
