• Yes bottom shelf, but u need to adjust middle self upward. I have owned this fridge for about 1 year.

• It's a little small for a one gallon water. Same for a gallon of milk. Can't fix the the gallon of milk. What I did with the water gallon is got a 2.5 water gallon. It fit and has a spout for the water.
