I have an opening that is 33 inches wide between a wall and a counter. At base of the floor, on wall side, there is a trim that reduces the width to 32.75. Even if I shave the trim down im assuming this won’t fit and/or door won’t open correctly? null

Yes, this won't open correctly. It is required to have 4" of clearance to the sides of the refrigerator.
