“Is it possible to dismantle this at all to be narrower. I'm about three quarters of an inch too tight for getting it onto my boat but the spot it'll go in is big enough”

Hi John, Just put one on my boat. I did have to partially disassemble to get in through the door opening. The one thing I didn't realize is that this unit uses water running through the condensor to dry your clothes. I thought this was going to be the perfect unit for the boat but now unsure. I got it in but haven't plumbed it in yet, so unsure of the water use. We pack a lot of water but still may be a problem on long trips.
