The overall depth of the unit including the handle is 25-1/4". This model has a pocket handle and the depth of the unit without the handle is 25". QuestionHow can the Height of the Fridge be taller without the top hinges than with the hinges? This is obviously wrong, Right?

- Answer Hello There. This model Electrical Requirements are: 120V; 60Hz; 15A. A 115 Volt AC, 60 Hz, 15- or 20-amp fused, grounded electrical supply is required. QuestionI need a maximum depth fridge of 25". This particular model seemed to fit the bill at an advertised depth of 25 1/4"as shown on the schematic drawing . However, when it gets to the actual dimensions, it is described as 301/2". Which is correct?

- Answer Yes. I have had mine for about 6 weeks now, and not a sign of ice buildup (unlike my previous small frig which was also supposed to be frost free, but definitely was not)! Hope this helps.

- Answer Hello Corundrum - Refrigerator dimensions – 18” deep by 20” wide by 26” tall, note the values are provided with the crisper drawer in place The very bottom of the fridge is not a flat bottom to account for the compressor so the space gained by removing the drawer is not level. -TREY@HAIER

QuestionI'm not worried about the depth with doors...What's the depth where weight is placed? I have a 24-inch space on a lip. Any deeper than that and it will tip.

QuestionWe have water pooling on the top shelf of the refrigerator which appears to be condensation from the auto defrost for the freezer. Can we fix it? Where is information on the auto defrost function?

- Answer I just had this problem and I suggest you deal with it immediately. I waited and it was a bigger problem. Take everything out the freezer, luckily I have a chest freezer to put things in. Shut off the breaker to your fridge or unplug it. I found a lot of ice in the freezer section. I used gloves and sponges with hot water to remove carefully. I let it sit. The things in the fridge won't go bad quickly if you don't open the door, and you put some ice in there. I eventually took the two screws off the back panel of the freezer compartment and opened it. There's a lot of ice back there and touching any of those elements is a bad idea. So put a towel in there and set down a small pot of boiled water to assist with the defrost.
