• I only use it for beard trimming so I don't know about hair.

• It worked OK on my son's hair, be had to trim with scissors first and then use the clippers because he had long and thick hair

• As someone that had to use this product while barber and salon she's weren't possible, it saved the day more than once with cutting both facial hair and head hair.
