Hold the program button until the time flashes. The hour will flash first. While still holding the program button, press the Set Time button to change the hour to whatever hour that you want it to brew. Repeat the same steps for the minutes. When you have the brew time set, release the program button, then press it once. the light should come on next to the button. Your coffeemaker is now set to brew at the time that you set.
