I have a error on screen what is wrong null

Err seems to mean it has too much water for the single cup and will stop instead of overflowing and dumping hot water all over the counter. When it happened to me, I found that I had overfilled the system when selecting single cup. To prevent overflowing, you are only allowed to have 14oz of water in the machine when you choose the single cup. I unplugged that machine to reset it (which may or may not have been necessary), but then turn the selector knob back to carafe to dump out whatever water was still in the system. At this point, the coffee maker was entirely empty of water and the err went away. When making a single cup, such as for a travel mug, just put the water into the travel mug and put only that much water into the machine. -Dan

Thank you for your question. Too much water causes ERR message and long beep. Solution: Place carafe on warming plate. Turn brew selector dial to Carafe. Press brew button to remove water. Turn brew selector dial to single-serve side. Add correct amount of water to water reservoir. Start brew process.

Ahh you probably put too much water for a single serve cup. Switch to the pot option to empty out the water and then you can start the process over again to the single serve.

I was getting an error at first because I had to much water in the water canister for just an individual cup you have to have an exact amount not a pot full which is an option I do not like.

If you're trying to use a k cup and get an error message, the water is too high. Switch it to full pot and allow it to drop through. Then put only what is needed for the pod. Switch it to the right and hit start!:)

To much water. Unplug dump Then run. That gets rid of excess water. Should work fine after that.
