How do you turn on the carafe warmer on the model 49966 flex brew, your instructions do not say how to turn it on it does not keep my coffee warm, I’m just about ready to return it and go to another brand that actually warmer works

I’ve complained about this the second week after purchasing. There isn’t a way to just “keep warm” in result cold coffee. But if you pour a 1/4 cup of water and brew it into your existing coffee. You get another 2 hours of “keep warm”. MUST HAVE HOT COFFEE

Hit brew button once and it hoes to "CARAFE KEEP WARM. I just did it and it worked finally!

it seems that my warmer doesn't even stay on for 2 hours . more like 30miniutes or 1 hour the most.

You can turn it on by touching the brew now button. It will go another 2 hits before turning off. At which point you can hit the button again to turn it back on if you want. It will keep your coffee hot all day if you want it to.

hitting the brew coffee button again will keep it on for another two hours,,but,,after two hours on a burner coffee turns into a carcinogen like cigarettes'.

Don't think one can, as we usually drink most of the coffee within 2 hours if not sooner. I will say the k-cup side makes the best (strongest) coffee!
