QuestionI bought .34 oz pods box says K-cup packs and they seem to be too tall. What type of pods does this use and where can I get them?

- Answer I returned mine to Best Buy because I could not find the pods at any area grocery store, although they are available online. K-cups do not work in this machine.

- Answer pull out the little tray, put a pod in it and then fill the back with a cup of water and press the little silver part until the red light comes on. It stops automatically.
