I'm sorry. I don't know. But I usually drop off my laptop on a Sunday and oftentimes pick it up the next day. Sometimes the laptop was ready for pickup in two to three days depending on what needed to be done or if they had to order an item/part that was not available. But usually, the laptop is ready the next day for pickup. I am not sure if they would install something on the spot.
