I don’t know if they are able, but not done when I took my laptop in for SSD upgrade. I fact I received my device back with corrupted bios, tech tried to imply it was a known issue with HP Sprectre 360.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.NO! THEY WON'T! We bought a new desktop for our small business at Best Buy with the condition that they would transfer all old business data (all data)to the new computer. AFTER we purchased it and they set it up, Geek Squad refused to transfer any home or business data or accounts, saying they "weren't allowed". Now we have a loose hard drive with all our data and no way to read it. They have created a mess that I am not sure how to fix and I'm furious. So, your answer is, No, they won't
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. That depends on your condition of hard drive. If its corrupt and it it has a virus. Would I trust them to do everything they can so save your information to tranfer. i have seen them amazing things. So the answer is still depend.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes. I had them transfer software and data from a newer computer to an older computer. Everything was fine.
