Hello JJS369 – The timing on an upgrade will depend on the current workload in the store. In some cases we’ll be able to get it done same-day, but sometimes we may need check the computer in for a day or two to finish the work. Please call your local store and ask to speak with the Geek Squad. They can give you an idea of their current turn time.
