“I may be purchasing a new CPU soon, and a motherboard to go with it as my CPU/Motherboard are both old. Can Best Buy install both of these components for me? If so, will it be considered as two separate installs with two separate fees?”

I suggest you call the Geek squad and ask them. But they installed extra memory that I bought some where else on my new pc.
